This opportunity gives you the chance to manage and support the IT Service Desk and 2nd Line IT Support teams. This role will see you deliver a highly effective IT Support Service to our client that meets the high values of the business. Working with your team leaders you will maintain the overall responsibility for the operation and management of the teams and monitor the progress of all incidents and service requests, ensuring that they are resolved to a high standard in line with the company’s SLA’s and KPI’s.
It is an exciting time to join the organisations as they are embarking on a series of major transformational changes to their IT services; including Microsoft Azure, O365, Win 10, Unified Communications and Dynamics ERP. As the IT Service Manager, you will have the ability and appetite to implement these changes ensuring that the company is fully supported and appropriate communications are sent out to the business efficiently. The goal of this role is to continuously review services, process, procedures and staffing levels to make sure IT continues to provide an efficient service to their customers.
Requirements for the IT Service Manager:
We are seeking an influential IT Service Manager who is forward thinking, who can communicate effectively and deliver solutions. An eye for detail and experience of developing IT Service operations, using the ITIL framework is essential for this role. To have experience of designing support services to meet the business’ requirements and technical skills in networks, hardware, and software diagnostics.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,500pa
Hours: 36.25 hours per week
