Overview

Project Manager (12-month FIXED TERM CONTRACT). 
 
We need an experienced Business Project Manager with proven operational experience in project delivery for business systems and applications change. This is a fixed-term contract role, starting ASAP for 12-months.
 
Title:                    Project Manager. 
Location:            Hybrid- 2 days a week in London. 
Duration:            12-month FIXED TERM CONTRACT. 
Rate:                    Negotiable on experience c &£67,000 - £77,000 per annum. 
Start:                   ASAP. 
 
DUTIES to Project Manage a range of Housing Association business projects, including customer-facing, along with supporting systems and applications. Responsible for project management change management implementing/embedding new processes and ways of working, stakeholder management and mitigating potential risks, obstacles and challenges associated with implementations. 
 
SKILLS:
  • You must have in-depth experience as a Project Manager with strong evidence of stakeholder engagement, stakeholder management, change management, and successful delivery of business projects/digital transformation / IT system projects from start to finish. 
  • Have worked in a Housing Association organisation. 
  • Experience in implementing/embedding new processes and ways of working. 
  • Project management and change management practitioner qualification (e.g. Agile, APMG, Prince2, MSP).
    Strong Stakeholder Management, able to influence and negotiate and deliver results through others and experience of identifying and building credible, trusted advisor relationships with key senior client stakeholders within the organisation (Senior execs, Directors, Heads of) and with external suppliers.
  • Change Management. 
  • Excellent communication skills with experience of presenting complex information in an easily understandable way to non-technical individuals. Team management of small to medium project teams, plus Budget Management (up to c£1m - £2m) && supplier management, including procurement/contract negotiation and relationship management.
