Join our client as the Risk and Governance Manager, a pivotal role responsible for fortifying their IT governance framework. Your expertise will ensure their IT systems and assets are safeguarded, meeting their stringent regulatory and legal standards. Collaborate proactively across departments to uphold relevant policies and standards for information risk management, governance, and compliance. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Spearhead and refine Risk and Governance policies across diverse services and intricate projects. 

Oversee all operational and strategic risks, ensuring they&'re aptly managed with effective mitigation strategies. 

Collaborate with research, professional, and senior managers to set technical and service standards. 

Lead and nurture specialist teams to deliver top-notch, customer-centric services. 

Ensure IT Services&' compliance with Risk and Governance policies, standards, and controls. 

Champion the IT Services Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans. 

Handle Freedom of Information requests and support report delivery to senior management. 

 

Skills We're Looking For: 

Mastery in implementing robust Risk and Governance policies across IT Services. 

Proven experience in IT Governance and Risk Management. 

Proficiency in Business Continuity management frameworks, including ISO 22301. 

Acumen in Disaster Recovery planning within the IT infrastructure realm. 

Strong planning, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

Commitment to continual improvement and delivering impeccable customer experiences. 

 

Title: Risk and Governance Manager 

Salary: &£50,000 - £55,800 per annum + 30 days leave + pension 

Start Date: ASAP 

Location: London (1 day/week in-office, rest remote) 

Duration: Permanent
