Contract Business Analyst – Housing Association Sector

3-Month Contract | Remote First | £425 per day (Outside IR35) | ASAP Start

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst for an initial 3-month contract with a leading organisation within the Housing Association sector.

This is a remote-first opportunity, although candidates must be willing to attend client sites in London or near Bradford as required.

The Role

You will work closely with operational and technology teams to support key business change initiatives focused on the property and housing management function. The successful candidate will have strong sector knowledge and be confident engaging with stakeholders across repairs, compliance, asset management, and property services.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within the Housing Association sector
• Strong understanding of the property side of housing associations
• Experience across:
  • Repairs
  • Asset Management
  • Property Management
  • Compliance
• Ability to gather and document business requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience supporting business change and process improvement initiatives
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Contract Details

• Initial Contract: 3 months
• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: Remote first, with occasional travel to London or near Bradford
• Rate: Circa £425 per day
• IR35 Status: Outside IR35
