Overview
We are seeking an experienced Contract Business Analyst with Social Housing Repairs and Maintenance experience to join an exciting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) implementation and transformation project. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a forward-thinking organisation while benefiting from hybrid working arrangements.
Title: Business Analyst Social Housing Repairs Maintenance.
Location: West Midlands (Hybrid working available).
Start Date: June 2025.
Duration: 6 months.
Rate: &£398 - £420 per day (Negotiable, subject to experience).
IR35 Status: Outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Work closely with operational and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of Repairs and Maintenance solutions in a D365 CE environment.
- Support project delivery in an operational environment through gap analysis, process mapping, and user story creation.
- Lead workshops and facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and drive transformation.
- Identifying quick wins, supporting financial && non-financial benefit realisation.
Key Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex projects.
- Understanding of the operational side of businesses.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Social Housing / Housing Associations, particularly housing and estates Repairs and Maintenance.
- Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) experience would be a big plus.
- Strong understanding of technical implementations and change transformation, not only "change " at a process level but also at an operational level.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within hybrid teams and with external suppliers.
