Contract Azure Cloud Infrastructure Analyst
3-month contract | c£435 per day | Hybrid (Remote + 2 days London)
 
We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Infrastructure Analyst to provide 3rd-line technical support and contribute to infrastructure BAU availability across a Microsoft-centric cloud and hybrid environment. This role requires strong hands-on experience managing Microsoft Azure infrastructure, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Intune, identity management, and Meraki networking. The contract is initially 3 months.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd-line support for Azure cloud and Windows infrastructure environments
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem resolution across cloud services
• Maintain Azure infrastructure services, ensuring security, availability, and reliability
• Day-to-day change management across cloud, infrastructure, and network environments
• Implement agreed technical solutions and support infrastructure improvements
• Manage and support identity services and endpoint management (Intune)

 
Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as an Azure Cloud Infrastructure Analyst in a complex, hybrid environment (on-prem and cloud, including PaaS & SaaS)
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft Azure Infrastructure
• Microsoft 365 (including identity management)
• Windows Server and Active Directory
• Microsoft Intune
• Meraki networking
• Good understanding of network protocols, including LAN/WAN, wireless access points, routers and switches
• Knowledge of network and systems security best practice
• Self-starter with the ability to plan and manage workload independently
• Excellent communication skills, strong customer focus, and a positive “can-do” attitude

 
Contract Details
Title: Contract Azure Cloud Infrastructure Analyst
Location: Hybrid – Remote with 2 days per week in London
Start: January 2026
Duration: 3 months (possible extension TBC)
Rate: c£450 per day in scope of IR35
