Customer Relationship Transformation Manager (Contact Centre)
One of our clients is looking for a Customer Relationship/Contact Centre Transformation Manager to help them transform and improve performance in their Contact Centre operation. This is primarily concerned with workflow management (i.e. developing a resourcing model to meet variable demand).
You would need to be someone with Contact Centre experience who could manage variable workload volumes and resourcing in a 24/7 operational environment. You will also need a strong background in senior stakeholder engagement, first-class communication skills and a proven track record in transformation management and the delivery of successful transformation/s in Customer Relationships and Contact Centres.

Rate: Negotiable on experience day rate out of scope of IR35.
