Title: IT Support Technician
Location: Office-based - Gloucestershire
Salary: Circa &£26,500,000 to £30,000 depending on experience + pension
Permanent Position – Office Based – Profit Sharing
Start Date: ASAP.

Are you passionate about IT Support and eager to make a significant impact. Our client, with decades of experience is looking for a dedicated IT Support Technician to join their team. You will play a pivotal role in integrating cutting-edge technologies to enhance business operations.

• A passion for IT with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple activities is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience in an IT Support Role (Minimum 2-3 Years)

Key Responsibilities

• Experience of PC operating systems and Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

• Microsoft Dynamics knowledge would be an advantage, although not essential
• On-site and remote support
• Active Directory
• Anti-Virus
• Installation of software to desktops and laptops
• Support for On-Pem and Cloud
• Technical document upgrades
• IT escalations.
• Remote monitoring alerts
• Windows 10 – Office 365 Administration
• Diagnosis of hardware technical issues
