Contract Project Manager – Housing Association Sector

3-Month Contract | Remote First | £475-500 per day (Outside IR35) | ASAP Start

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for an initial 3-month contract with a leading organisation within the Housing Association sector. This is a remote-first opportunity, although candidates must be able to occasionally attend client sites in London or near Bradford as required.

The Role

You will lead and coordinate key business and technology change projects with an emphasis on improving operational delivery focused on either the property housing management function and the Customer Experience (CX/CE) programme.

The successful candidate will have strong Housing Association sector experience and be comfortable managing stakeholders and dependences across multiple verticals, including property services, repairs, compliance, and customer-facing teams.

Key Requirements
Proven experience working as a Project Manager within the Housing Association sector. With understanding of either:

• the property side of housing associations such as:Repairs, Asset Management, Property Management Compliance.

or

• delivering Customer Experience (CX/CE) improvement initiatives

As a project manager you will need strong

• project delivery and governance experience.
• ability to manage project plans, risks, dependencies, budgets, and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through business change
• Strong communication and organisational skills

Contract Details
Initial Contract: 3 months
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Remote first, with occasional travel to London or near Bradford
Rate: Circa £475 - £500 per day
IR35 Status: Outside IR35
