We are working with a housing association seeking a high-calibre Senior Project Manager to support a key programme of governance, compliance, and transformation activity.

This role is less about pure subject matter expertise and more about exceptional project management capability—someone who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum across complex, business-critical initiatives.

You will operate at the heart of a transformation environment, working across multiple workstreams (including governance, regulatory, and data-related initiatives), ensuring robust planning, alignment, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, detailed project plans, managing dependencies, risks, and milestones
  • Gather and synthesise information from multiple initiatives to inform cohesive delivery planning
  • Produce board-level reports, presentations, and updates for C-suite stakeholders
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders across the organisation, driving alignment and progress
  • Support governance and regulatory initiatives, ensuring plans are robust, deliverable, and clearly articulated
  • Bring structure and pace to programmes that may be evolving or ambiguous

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within the social housing / housing association sector
  • Demonstrable success delivering within transformation environments
  • Strong experience across governance, regulatory, or data-related projects
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence operating at C-suite and Board level
  • Highly organised with strong planning capability—able to build clarity from complexity
  • Ability to pull together inputs from multiple sources and translate into clear, actionable plans
  • Strong communication skills, including producing high-quality presentations and reports
  • A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
  • Additional Information
  • This role sits within a wider programme of transformation and regulatory improvement
  • Hybrid working model, with occasional travel to London for senior stakeholder engagement

If you are a strong, delivery-focused Senior Project Manager who can bring structure, credibility, and clarity to complex housing programmes, this is an excellent opportunity to make a tangible impact.
